Que una medida o acción de gobierno sea tomada obedeciendo a la voluntad popular (mayoría), no convierte mágicamente a la medida o acción en "justa", la injusticia que representa la esclavización de unos seres humanos por otros permanecería pese a el "apoyo popular" a esa medida..... Y ¿Como sabemos que esclavizar a un grupo de seres humanos es injusto?...Lo intuimos como opuesto a el Derecho Natural de el ser humano. Existe un Derecho Natural, el cual es omitido por los dictámenes de el derecho positivo. Nuestra tarea debería ser la determinación científica de el Derecho. Bueno... Es eso estoy trabajando: Pensando y tomando apuntes acerca de el Derecho Natural... Creo que lograré un trabajo muy importante en la materia. --------------------------------------------------------------- Natural Right: "Let us imagine a country inhabited by 99 human beings, where the democratic majority (50 individuals), decides that the rest 49 people become their slaves.".... That a measurement or action of government is taken obeying to the popular will (majority), does not turn of magical way to the measurement or action joust, the injustice that represents to turn slaves a group of human beings would remain in spite of the popular support to that measurement. .... And... As we know to turn slaves a group of human beings it is not joust?... We intuited it like opposite to the natural right of thr human being..... Exist a natural right wich is ommitetd by the opinions of the positive right..... Our task should be the scientific determination of the right. Well... I am working about it: Thinking and taking notes it brings over of the Natural right... I think that I will achive a very important work in this area. |
