I am a graduate in Biological Sciences from the University of Warwick, and have worked in several laboratories specializing in electron microscopy and microbiology. I am currently teaching English in Moscow whilst also trying to establish myself as a Freelance Photographer. Professional Commissions have involved working for several companies and charities in The UK and abroad including Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Brazil and Paraguay. I have a big hunger for adventure and have travelled extensively across most of Europe and the western former Soviet countries, Brazil, Paraguay, USA, Canada, Turkey and I have cycled across Israel. My favourite countries are Russia, Ukraine, Austria and Switzerland. Favourite cities I have visited are Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kiev and New York
I have run 8 marathons in London, 5 in Moscow, 2 in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and 4 around Stratford on Avon. My fastest time was 3hrs 28mins in London in 2006.
I am a born again Christian, having been on a long journey through atheism, eastern and New Age philiosophies to a point of realisation that no person can reach perfection through their own efforts but that each person has a dark side that separates them from God and therefore need to ask God for forgiveness of their mistakes/sins and accept Jesus Christ as He died for our sins and was resurrected in victory over Satan. |
