Career Development is a social volunteer internship program aimed on career and leadership development of youth and students of 17-20 years and support in identification of values, strong and weak sides, personal and professional goals. All the participants are to work at Universities. To spread cultural awareness, show the variety of world's cultures and share the idea of cultural tolerance and to teach foreign language for youth. Interest the young people to participate in volunteer programs. Develop leadership skills.Show the culture of others countries. Develop tolerance for other cultures.
