The Dead Lay Waiting

Vocals - Luke Lucas Guitar - Ben Connett Guitar - Steve Franklin Bass - Sam Sara Drums - Tom Shrimpton Formed in 2007, The Dead Lay Waiting are a youthful 5-piece modern metal band. Following the bands appearance at Bloodstock 2008, the band signed to Rising Records releasing their debut album ‘We Rise’ in January 2010. The twelve songs of fast-paced, catchy melodies, no bullshit metallic music received much media attention. During 2010 the band toured relentlessly, with bands such as Trigger The Bloodshed, Bleed From Within & Sarah Jezebel Deva (ex Cradle Of Filth), as well as performing at the much acclaimed Download festival.
