What is the Physical Transformation Course?
The Season is fully online. We will be interacting every day for 16 weeks straight.
The project is built around nutrition. The goal is either cutting or bulking. There’s also another option - reverse diet, a specific tool that is needed by a very few people. If we consider it necessary for you, we’ll offer ourselves.
Each participant has either his own sport (gym, crossfit, football, dancing, ping-pong, MMA, boxing, martial arts, kitchen fencing, lifting grocery bags up to your flat on the 3rd floor - I don’t care), or he follows our training programs (for gym or home/outdoors workouts), that we offer during the Season. Or you can participate without any sport. But it’s always better with it, because this way you’ll get athletic, not just thin instead of fat.
There’s another option as well: Physical Training - individualized training program. It’s all about the gym and it’s most effective use. You’ll hear all about the enrollment during the Season for sure.
To get started you’ll need: FatSecret or myFitnessPal app on your smartphone, kitchen scale, floor scale, measuring tape.
The approach is personal. You’ll get your own private chat with your mentor in our App, where you’ll have to post your reports every day (no exceptions). Every day (except for weekends) we accept and check them. Once a week we check your weight and measurements, watch your progress and make adjustments.

Lots of articles and videos about proper nutrition and training. You could have already seen some of them on Instagram, but the majority is not accessible publicly and is only for the participants.
YOUR own personalized nutrition recommendations and stats, calculated according to YOUR GOALS and for YOUR BODY.
Scientifically developed training programs, and adapted for both men and women. And workout plans for home and outdoors as well.

In 16 weeks you’ll get:
You’ll learn how to properly count calories, and other macros. You’ll see how simple it is and how not to waste more than 5-10 minutes a day for all your notes, and also how to deal with trips, holidays and parties, without missing out on the fun
Best case, you will get into the best shape of your life. Worst case, you’ll change your wardrobe;
You will acquire and smoothly integrate new eating habits that will improve your health and allow you to maintain the result at the end of the season without breakdowns
You will find out which foods you should be OK with (all of them), which ones should be avoided (there are few of them, but it’s healthier this way), which ones should be cornerstones of your diet;
You’ll free yourself from fitness nonsense and learn to maintain perfect body shape all year round without suffering, hardship and wasting money on magic techniques, courses and pills;
You will receive an exhaustive, scientifically supported set of knowledge not only about how to lose weight, but also how to build the most balanced diet for health and longevity;
You will receive a strategy or, in other words, an understandable plan for further self-work.
