'Methodology and Methods' class-2020

Welcome to the online learning group of the class ‘Methodology and Methods of Sociological Research’ designed for MA SES students and international students and taught in English. The class seeks to train students in qualitative research methods from choosing a preliminary topic and specifying the research question through developing a research design and entering the field to data collection and analysis. Through the course, participants are expected to try different qualitative methods ranging from participant observation to in-depth interviewing, and from visual methods to the qualitative analysis of narratives. They are highly encouraged to do all the exercises in the framework of their MA research projects.
