This group meets Saturdays at the Australian Council at Horiva 37 in Podil. Saturday February 5th; Gender Differences with a focus on how men and women can best find peace with each other. The focus of the group is to discuss and share difficult areas in people's lives, and by using the experiences and synergy of the the group members, create possible solutions and options. All themes are open for discussion. This could involve improving relationships, reaching goals, finding meaning and purpose in life, learning to communicate better, developing greater self-awareness, being happier, more optimistic, compassionate and caring, thinking more creatively, coping with stress and appreciating the little things in life. If things are not perfect in your life than please listen to what others say. It may help.
