It is new Czech Republic yoyo brand which main office is situated in the heart of Prague. Barely Legal - officially yoyo brand created by Zdeněk Hýbl. Now it is two owners of this brand, they are: Zdeněk Hýbl and his friend Robert Kučera. Our idea- be creative, supporting yoyo brands and good players. Here what is the owner saying about his brand: "Also, we want keep our original feeling from our yoyos, make them fast and smooth in the same time, to make you feeling pleasure of the playing on them. Over and above to make different great colourways on the yoyos, which you will like. In my mind it will be "yoyos with soul", because when we make them, at first we are thinking about pleasure which you will feel after playing on them."
