Thanks for stepping by. I'm a musician to the core. Though I stated playing guitar quite late (at the age of 16). Since then I've been that much into music that it became my profession.Unfortunately(or may be fortunately) I didn't get a degree in music in my home country. When I was a kid I had private piano classes but after 4-5 years I had to "quit" them. Georgy Stankevich gave me guitar lessons for quite a long time. He taught me most of the things starting with the ability to read musical notes, technique itself and harmony. Several years ago I also started taking vocal classes. My tutor is Makushina Olga Vladimirovna who is also a singer in pop-group "Charovnitsi"' During my teenage years I was influenced by classic rock and heavy metal bands of 70-80's such as: Ozzy Osborne, Black Sabbath, UFO, Deep Purple, White Snake, Led Zeppelin, Mr.Big. I was always open to something new and loved to experiment, so I was also into other music styles including country, blues, progressive rock, progressive metal, alternative rock, jazz rock and jazz. For the last two years I have devoted some time exploring jazz music and its branches And as I was influenced by classic rock, I've taken part in different tributes to Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Queen, Metallica, Nazareth, Deep Purple. I was also the founder of the trash-band Diamond Rose (2003-2005). Back then we've borrowed some of the ideas from such bands as Metallica, Black Sabbath, Diamond Head. I worked for Gentle Beat Band for a quite long time. It's a cover band and we played music of different styles. As I mentioned I'm quite open to new ideas and trends. I'm always aware of what's going on in the sphere of music industry and I'm listening to the latest releases of different bands playing in different styles, from pop to something far more heavy. I always have interest in new job offers as a guitar player, vocalist, composer, arranger or sound producer(in a studio).
